What are available ways for me to purchase the software?

There are several ways to purchase our software. 
1. Credit card online or credit card by fax or phone; 2.Wire transfer; 3. bank check/cheque; 4. PayPal. Generally we recommend you the credit card online, as the order will be processed quicker and without extra handling charge.

How can I know if my order is processed successfully or not?

Once your order is completely successfully, you would receive a confirmation mail within one hour with software activation info so that you could login iFastime user platform to retrieve your registration code for software installation.

Why I didn't receive the register code for several hours after my purchase?

Several possible reasons as below:
1. Your Email service provider rejects Emails from unknown senders, so the register code cannot be sent to you.
2. Because of your Email setting, the letter with license code went to Trash directly. Please look for the letter there.
3. You provided invalid Email address when you ordered the software.

Why was I charged twice for one order?

If you are charged twice for one order, please check with your card back to see if the duplicate bill does exists.
Following situations at your side may cause the duplicate charges:
1) You accidentally click the payment button twice on the final confirmation page.
2) You refresh the payment page during processing, which may cause you to be charged twice.
iFastime, as product provider, will not directly charge from consumers and you need, if you have been improperly charged, contact the sales platform SWREG/RegNow/Avangate for further assistance.

Why am I charged for “Registration Backup Service” on my bill?

This is an extra service provided by sales platform SWREG/RegNow to automatically assist consumers to mail us for registration code. In fact you could manually delete this service before processing the payment. While we ensure every user with a lifetime support, you could always reach us by mail to get back any info about your product including software install package and registration code.

I purchased the wrong product by mistake. Can I exchange it for the right one?

There are two solutions for you to solve this situation.
1. You can keep the wrong product for future use or send it to your friend/ family member as present. And then contact us to buy the right product with 20% discount to show our gratitude.
2. Contact us to return the wrong product and order the right product later. Or we could arrange an exchange to the right one without extra charge.

Can I use the program on another computer if I purchase the single-user license?

No, unless you have removed the program from previous computer already because each license can only be used on one computer at the same time.

I have used the full version of program to complete one DVD conversion, but it still includes watermark in the middle of the scene, what is wrong?

Few differences exist between the trial version and the retail version including a watermark on the converted file for the trial version. Please make sure you have installed a full version instead of a trial one. Since the watermark on videos generated by the trial version can not be removed by any tools, you should re-process the DVD using a full program without watermark.

2. Registration

I am a registered user but there is no box or any space on the software UI for me to enter the license.

iFastime provides a free trial for every user to test our program before purchase. Once you become iFastime member, you need install a full version of our program to your computer, and then a Registration Code box would come up on software UI for you to enter license code.

What to do if I don’t receive the registration code after placing the order.

Generally you would soon receive a confirmation mail with registration code included within a hour after successfully processing the order. Even though you cannot receive the license on time, contact us via mail and we will assist with it.

What to do if I placed the order under a wrong email address? How to exchange the email account?

Email to us with the right email address and we would arrange the exchange within a minute.
What to do it I receive the error message “Invalid code” when I register the program.
Please double check the registration code is same as the one in your user account, and make sure all letters are capitalized, do not leave any space in the beginning when you fill the key code into "Register" option.

I am a registered user, how to upgrade the product without paying again?

Registered users are provided with free updates for lifetime. We have been devoting ourselves in upgrading the software all the time and providing free update service.
To upgrade product to latest version, you could:
1. Click “Help” in the upper-right corner of the product and choose “Update” to upgrade.
2. Log in iFastime user platform, get software install link to download latest version.

I have ever purchased your Windows software and now I changed my PC to Mac. Can I install this software onto my Mac? Or can you send me a Mac version?

All of our softwares are platform-independent ones but not cross-platform. So a Windows software cannot be installed onto a Mac computer and vice versa. Whether you need a Windows or Mac version, please kindly contact with iFastime support team at admin@iFastime.com. Discount will be available for a second purchase.

What are the differences between a Registered and Unregistered version of your software?

There are few differences between the trial version and the retail version except a watermark on the converted file for the trial version and if you purchase the retail one, you will have no the trouble, what's more, you can get fast technical support for free.

Can I get a CD after successfully ordering your product?

No. Registered customer can log in user platform to get back registration code and software download link when necessary. The permanent download link always leads to the latest version of the software. You can contact customer support if you forget your password.

Can I evaluate before purchasing?

Of course you can, and iFastime offers every user to chance to test our program before purchasing. You could enter the web page for the program, download a trial version and evaluate it as long as you want.
